• The lap pool is available all year, but please note it does not have a heater, so water may be chilly in the winter months.
• The private jacuzzi is complimentary and can be enjoyed year-round at your desired temperature.

• Our 6-person sauna is available year-round and included at no extra cost. Simply power it on, allow 15–20 minutes to heat, and enjoy your relaxation session.

How can I rent an E-Bike?

For $100 total, you can rent two electric bikes to use throughout your entire stay. If you're interested, please let us know, and we'll send you the bike rental agreement and invoice promptly. We recommend the following areas that are perfect for biking and near our home:

• Heritage Park - 1.3 miles
• Central Park - 3.2 miles
• Hidden Falls Park & Amargosa Trailhead - 3.8 miles
• Mission Hills Park - 4.1 miles

How to Use ROKU TVs in Guest Mode:
• Access the Settings Menu: Turn on the Roku TV and press the Home button on the remote. Navigate to Settings using the directional buttons.
• Select System: In the Settings menu, scroll down and select System.
• Open Guest Mode: Within System, find and select Guest Mode.
• Activate Guest Mode: Choose Enable Guest Mode. You will be prompted to sign in with a Roku account.
• Sign In or Create a Guest Account: Guests can sign in with their own Roku account or create a new one. This allows them to access streaming channels and apps without affecting the host's settings.
• Using Guest Mode: While in Guest Mode, users can add channels and sign into apps. Once they log out or when Guest Mode is disabled, all guest data and added channels are removed.
Notes:
• Guest Mode keeps your personal Roku settings and channels separate.
• Only one guest profile can be active at a time.
