• Fresh linens and towels are provided for up to 6 guests. Additional linens may be available upon request.

• Hot tub heating is available upon request for a $50 activation fee. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like the hot tub heated during your stay.

• Small and medium bounce houses are permitted between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM only. Blower machines must be turned off outside of these hours.

• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours, especially in outdoor areas.

• Registered guests only. Overnight visitors who are not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior approval.

• Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized guests may result in additional charges and immediate termination of the reservation.

-Trash day is every friday, please kindly help us to move trash container out every Thursday and roll back after picked up, Thank you very much!
-Please always keep our pool clean! Please DO NOT use any food, drink, hair dye in the swming pool. Kindly read our swming pool rules duing check in.
-Please note that cleaning does not include the removal of dog feces from the front or back yard. We kindly ask that you help maintain the cleanliness of the yard during your stay.
