• We have street facing security cameras, none are in pool or private areas.
• • We have decibel noise monitoring devices to monitor noise level during quiet hours but NO audio recording.
• Pets (dogs only) are allowed but MUST be approved in advance. Message us. There is a $500 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
• Pool heating is $100 per night
• Ebikes available to rent with signed waiver. Rental fee is $100 for the stay
