Very friendly and responsive group. We had an issues with the grill and they sent out another grill within 2 days. The house was older and the sliding doors didn’t work so great. The outdoor furniture was beat and not worth sitting on. Well maintained landscaping and pool. The pool heater was inconsistent but the team was responsive, it was a service that we paid extra for. There was a noticeable smell that could have been due to a previous renter smoking or age of the house. It was not terribly clean, I mopped the floors 3 times in a row to stop from getting black residue on our feet. The slider doors didn’t work well as the track was beat up and needed greased or something to keep it moving smoothly. The team was responsive to any communication but the house is in need of significant repair/updating to justify long term renting. Short term would be fine but we were there for 3 months or so.
Great place to rest
Had a great relaxing long term stay. Far enough away to get some rest and close enough to all that Vegas has to offer.
