Press Schlage on the front door, enter the last 4 digits of your booking phone number, then press ✔️. To lock, simply press Schlage when leaving.

Check-out is at 11 AM. Please ensure belongings are collected, trash is placed in the west-side dumpster, and doors are locked.

The private saltwater pool is available year-round. Heating is optional April 1–Oct 31 only, at $100/night (3-night minimum). Not available in winter.

The jacuzzi is always available at no extra charge. If pool heating is selected, jacuzzi hours are limited to 5 PM–10 PM.

Five private bedrooms with seven beds provide plenty of space. The primary suite features a king bed and walk-in “super shower.”

The gourmet kitchen comes with oven, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, roasting pans, and a crockpot—everything needed for group meals.

Street-facing cameras (no private areas) and noise monitoring devices (no audio) are installed. No pets or parties allowed.
