There was a noticeable smell that could have been due to a previous renter smoking or age of the house. It was not terribly clean, I mopped the floors 3 times in a row to stop from getting black residue on our feet. The slider doors didn’t work well as the track was beat up and needed greased or something to keep it moving smoothly. The team was responsive to any communication but the house is in need of significant repair/updating to justify long term renting. Short term would be fine but we were there for 3 months or so."
