Everything that was there was as described. I was disappointed that there were three 20 pound propane cylinders there and they were all empty. I had to go find a place to refill one. The weather was cool and we were not able to enjoy the pool as it was too cold. Perhaps a heater or some type of solar cover would help with that. The landscape was a little sketchy as well. It needed to be weeded and the elevated deck that over looks the pool needs to be replaced as we picked up a couple slivers on the un finished wood. The light strands only worked around the table but the rest did not work around the hot tub and back wall. The location was great in relation to the strip, Grand Canyon, Hoover dam and deserts of California. There was a Walmart close by for groceries. We enjoyed or stay and it would have been even better if not the the things mentioned.

We came for our daughters 21st birthday! The home was phenomenal 🙌 It has everything you need for a great stay in las vegas! The outside area is amazing for hanging out! we had a great time exploring las vegas and celebrating on top of coming back to the rental each night and being comfortable and sleeping well! Our stay was amazing. The property was as advertised, very spacious, clean, and a variety of amenities to keep us busy while at the property. The weather was perfect for gathering in the backyard…hot tube, pool, and a fire pit for entertaining. Mahin was great! Communication was frequent with clear instructions to ensure our stay was smooth. We will definitely return next year!

Wouldn’t stay here again. After checking in and trying to find beds for the family, it became very clear this was a reno home. It seemed like some finishes were done but others were left out completely (blinds in the basement rooms are bent and looked dirty). What was even more of an issue though is that if you are traveling as a family with both kids and older adults, the beds are not accommodating (there’s one bed in the master room that is a traditional good king size, but the others are either bunk beds or very very small, IE twin size day bed). The arcade is located in the garage and is gimmicky at best. It seemed better than it actually looks in person. Additionally there’s an undisclosed security system which will beep each time the door is opened, which is in-addition to the camera and monitoring devices. I felt like we were in staying in a glass house and got creepy vibes. All this to be said, we spent 1-2 hours in this property, and left. We booked a hotel instead.

this house was exactly what we were looking for to spend the weekend in Vegas - far enough from the strip to have some quiet, but close enough to easily drive there. The yard was beautiful with a hot tub (we didn't use the pool because it was January), seating, and a fire pit. We did run into issues with some outlets and lights not working in the house, but the team was very responsive and handed it quickly

My family had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described and check-in was smooth, and it was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The property was in a nice neighborhood and very close to everything.

I just didn't like the fact that the house had 3 levels and we brought a family member that is 84-year-old , it was a little uncomfortable, we have 2 small well trained dogs that are part of the family and we always pay extra to make it fair to the renters, but this partícular house didn't let us bring them, the rest was good, the kitchen is well equipted !!

Everything you want for a vacation home in Vegas! Beautiful home with pool, jacuzzi, and an arcade room! Mahin was very nice and quick to answer our questions. The location is close enough to Strip and everything, but also quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic time staying here during our Vegas trip and it's a ton of fun and good memories.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub. It was in a good location away from the strip but easy access to all the places we went.

wonderful place to stay. we stayed over Thanksgiving week and had an excellent time. Games were adequate but we didnt play them much to be honest. pool was freezing but we figured it would be this time of year. hot tub made for a great kick back after a long day of walking the strip. The down stairs rooms ran a little cool at night but there were heaters available in the closets to dial individual room temperatures for sleeping. would gladly stay again

Beautiful place, did have some loud neighbors after the 10 o’clock hour. But otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

Overall, the Air B&B was a good time experience. The Pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces were some of the highlights. However, it must be noted that items such as missing headrests and non-functional jets in the hot tub, clogged shower drains, lack of extra blankets, shaky pool table legs, broken shades, and broken air hockey table, detracted from the experience. This Air B&B has a lot of upside potential if fixes were made to these items.

My whole group loved it! Very clean and had everything we needed. The game room was our favorite part, we could have spent a whole day in there. We loved the look of everything in the house, and enjoyed spotting some characters we recognized in some of the art on the walls 😊 We’re all hoping to come back and stay for our group trip to Vegas next year!

This place was awesome. It has everything to keep a big group constantly entertained. Very clean place with Cooling and a nice jacuzzi. The only little issue I do have is there isn’t enough pillows. It’s not a huge deal but if you plan to stay here bring extra pillows. They usually only give 1 or 2 pillows per bed so make sure to bring some. Besides that everything is amazing and I would 100% stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The house was spotless and had plenty of space, making it perfect for our family. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated after a long day of activities. Communication with the host was seamless—quick and clear responses throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the pool, which was clean and maintained at a great temperature, perfect for both adults and kids. The absolute best part, though, was the location. We were close to everything we wanted to explore, making it incredibly convenient. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in a great area. My family really enjoy our stay at the gorgeous house since it’s there first time doing something like this thank you so much!!

Great house for a weekend with friends. There isn't much to do in the immediate neighborhood, but if you have a car you can easily get to the Strip or other areas of Las Vegas.

On a eu un petit souci avec les toilettes du bas mais cela a été réglé rapidement avec efficacité. Mahin est très réactive et très disponibles. Elle est toujours soucieuse de notre bien être. beautiful home! lots of things to do in the house like the arcade room, the pool, the tv that has all the streaming platforms which is fun for everyone including for kids if you plan on taking them with you. there's an AC in every room so the house feels cool even in the really hot weather.

Good value and we really enjoyed it. It’s well lived in and showing a few signs of age but that shouldn’t distract from the fact that it’s a good place for a group to stay. The air con kept the place cool enough but was noisy during the night so most of us had to sleep with ear plugs but hey, Vegas in August is hot so that’s a small price to pay. The only downside was that in advance of our departure we asked if it had a safe. We were told it did so we brought a lot of cash between us. We couldn’t find a safe so messaged the host to be told that it didn’t have one. The lock on the back door is very flimsy so we ended up carrying our money and passports with us everywhere. Uber was about $25 and about 15 mins to strip, but even doing this a couple of times a day is still cheaper than stopping in the hotels if there are 6 of you. Me and my wife slept in the downstairs double room and the mattress was so comfortable. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Overall a positive experience.

This AirBnB is such an incredible find! The price for the location and quality of the house was a steal. I’m not sure if prices fluctuate throughout the year but we went during July which is the hottest month so that may have been a factor. Mahin was also incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for checking-in and out. Also unlike other AirBnBs, the check out request wasn’t some giant list where you basically have to do all the cleaning yourself on top of paying a cleaning fee - it was super simple and made a hungover morning after a bachelorette weekend that much easier 😄 can’t recommend this place enough!

We moved Mahin’s place! It was perfect for our girls group of 6. We had everything we needed and spent most of our days hanging out at the pool! The home was clean and well cared for. It had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we needed, making it easy to eat-in. The photos give an accurate representation of what to expect. We had an unexpected and out of the ordinary situation occur while we were at the house and the staff, particularly Riley, was very responsive, supportive and helpful.

Fantastic place, all the amenities worked great, and it was clean and well set up. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Mahin's Airbnb. The location is quiet but still close to the strip which also gives you the opportunity to just relax by the pool. Communication was perfect and questions were answered quickly. All in all a great place to stay!

Booked this spot for a Vegas get together with some friends and it was everything we wanted! Great communication from the host, everything was as described, and checking in and out was a breeze. Would book again.

Wonderful customer service and lots of activities for kids to do! Even sent cookies the first night of our stay. One thing I think is good for people to know with lots of kids like I have is there is no dishwasher😅However I would still stay here again as my kids had a blast!

My bachelorette trip at this Airbnb was overall a blast! We enjoyed our stay at Mahin's house. The rooms were comfortable and the arcade and backyard areas were very nice. The weather wasn't warm enough for us to spend any time outside but the home was cozy and comfortable. I am giving a 5 star rating because it was iterated multiple times from the host that they "give our cleaners a bonus every time we get a 5-star review and it means a lot to our team." I want the cleaners to get their bonus but in all honesty, I would give this place 4 stars. The attention to detail was lacking. The paper towels and toilet paper were the cheapest single ply material, which was a pain. The blender was broken, and there were very limited supplies in the kitchen, including no sponge or dish towels, oven mitts, etc, scissors, etc. There also were like 10 amazon packages that arrived during our stay which I brought inside and had to stack. It was a nice place but it felt overpriced for the quality.

Good location for our plans in Vegas. Unfortunately we were not able to use any of the outdoor amenities due to the big wind storm, but during our down time we had plenty to do inside with all of the fun games! If you have a family trip to Vegas this place is a great spot!

Awesome place for a bachelor party. Able to grill and enjoy the out doors a bit. Walmart very close, also pretty easy Uber drive to the strip. Last minute early checkin was approved, thank you! Only issue would be the back neighbors dogs in the morning.

The host was very responsive to any of our requests. We had noticed a loose stair in the staircase that goes into the backyard. They had someone there to fix it within 12 hours of informing them of the issue. Was very communicative which was greatly appreciated.

Great Air BnB, much better deal than the strip!

The house was tidy and clean. The backyard is a beautiful space and has a lot of seating. Nice private pool and jacuzzi. The only issue I had was no propane on the property to use the fire pit and BBQ. Also, there is no dishwasher.

I needed a place to bring in my one year soberversary, and this place was absolutely perfect. It made my celebration that much more special. To be able to have my friends join me here made my one year of sobriety that much sweeter. We had plenty to do, the place matched the description, things were easy to find and operate, there was plenty of space, it was clean, and so much fun! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone having an intimate gathering with friends and family. It's the perfect place to bring in a special occasion. Not only did I really like the place, but my friends all said they really liked it as well. I stayed for two days, and I truly did feel at home. I loved the fact that my friends could stay with me, and that they had just as much fun as I did. I could see myself staying here again for future events. That's how much I liked it. The host gave clear instructions and was very hospitable. I'll never forget this celebration, and it was all made possible by them.

The space was fantastic! Everything was clean and the pool was spotless and crystal clear. House was about 10 min from main strip and 13 min to downtown. Close proximity to the airport and a Walmart about 3 min away. The only real complaint has nothing to do with the property, but the fact the immediate backyard neighbors have a rooster in the yard. If you want to get up early this might be a plus for you! Although for a typical Vegas late night, it was a bit annoying. The downstairs bedrooms are more shielded from it, but the master bedroom will hear a nice "cock-a-doodle-doo" promptly when the sun crests the horizon. Despite this we would 100% stay here again. I realize the rooster is totally legal, but its still annoying.
